Workshop Opportunities

We are happy to provide additional professional development opportunities for K-12 educators in Kansas. As a part of our AWQUA outreach activities, we offer two summer workshop opportunities each year for interested teachers. Each workshop is 2.5 days long and includes complimentary meals, lodging, and mileage reimbursement for attendees. CEU credits are also available to all attendees.

AWQUA Ambassadors

Our program is actively seeking educators who want to join our AWQUA Ambassador program. AWQUA Ambassadors support the program by implementing educational activities in their own classrooms, helping us market the program to other educators, reviewing or developing new lesson plans and activities for the program, and supporting future teacher training workshop opportunities.
