Biography —
Brownie is the Manager of the Applications and Services Unit for the Geohydrology and Geohealth Division at the Kansas Geological Survey. He has over 25 years of experience with Geographic Information System and a strong working knowledge of Kansas-based water levels, water rights, and well construction data.
