The Kansas Geological Survey (KGS) collections include archived material. That means:

• it is for reference, research, or recordkeeping; and
• the material has not been changed or altered since being archived.

The KGS is committed to making its data, maps, publications, and other resources as accessible as possible. The KGS collections span centuries and hundreds of thousands of files and web pages, so if you encounter something that doesn’t meet your accessibility needs, please contact the KGS at 785-864-3965 or kgs-editor@ku.edu.

The KGS aims to preserve and provide access to its full collection of publications and data sets for their historical and research significance.
